Replacement for New Balance 580
I ordered these shoes because I could not find the New Balance 580 that I have been buying for ten years. The first thing I noticed was that the shoe did not hold my foot as well as the 580s. I did not even run in these shoes. I am over 200 lbs so I need a good shoe. I took a couple of two mile walks. By the second day I had hot spots between the toes. The toe box seems to be smaller than the toe box in the 580. This is not good! The reason I buy New Balance is to get shoes in wide widths. A narrow toe box negates any advantage in getting a 2E width.

Very good shoes. New balance is a very reliable brand. This model is very nice with a retro style.
